- We ask for your consent through a clear affirmative action (for example, ticking an unticked box or submitting a form beside this notice). We do not use pre-ticked boxes.
- Your consent is specific to the purposes listed when you give it. Consent for marketing is separate from consent to process your enquiry.
- You may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, by emailing contact@digimintweb.in, replying STOP to a WhatsApp/SMS message, or using the unsubscribe link in any email. We require every processor to apply appropriate security and to use data only for our stated purposes.

Some of our providers (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, Meta and Google) may process data on servers outside India. Such transfers are made in accordance with Section 16 of the DPDP Act and any restriction the Central Government notifies on transfers to particular countries. We use contractual and technical safeguards where appropriate.
